Once they sign and stay past their first 45 days, you get 10% of their first-year contract value. We handle the rest.

Who can refer
Any active, current Coastr customer. Coastr employees, contractors and existing resellers under a separate partner agreement are not eligible.

What counts as a referral
A new organisation that was not already an open opportunity in Coastr's pipeline, and who names you at first contact. Operators already in conversation with our sales team do not qualify.

When a referral succeeds
The operator signs a Coastr contract and stays an active, paying customer for 45 days from contract start, with no cancellation, refund or non-payment.

What you're paid
10% of their first-year contract value, excluding VAT. No limit on how many operators you refer.

How and when
Paid once, within 30 days of the 45-day window closing. Bank transfer to your account on file, or a credit against your Coastr invoice, your choice.

Tax and changes
Referral payments may be taxable income. Coastr does not give tax advice. We may change or end the programme at any time, with qualified referrals honoured under the terms active when they were submitted.
