Nimbus is a great microbrewery specializing in very hoppy beers. Their signature brews include a Pale that is almost an IPA and a high alcohol Strong Ale (monkeyshine) that isn't for the faint of heart. Since the brewpub is in the commercial brewery, the atmosphere is industrial and yet quite inviting. If you show up for a pint or two over lunch, you may even see the brewers hard at work with their ancient bottling machine.
