This isn't my favorite bar, but if you're in Charles Town, WV, and need a local place to drink, you could do worse. When there is a cover charge, you can usually negotiate with the bouncer, and the service is pretty quick and amiable.
If you want to dance, or watch multiple TVs simulataneously, this is the place. If you're looking for a quiet place to enjoy a beer, this is definitely not it.
