A small place with an old-world feel located in what is probably the highest-rent district in Delaware. They always have Guiness and Boddington's on tap, and it is quiet enough to hear what your buddies are saying without lip-reading or hand signals. Usually frequented by the 50+ crowd. Don't go there looking for a hook-up.
