Office-Urbana is too full of smoking, drunken UIUC undergrads. Even in the summer. And their beer selection isn't all that great (they do, however, like most bars in the area, have Guinness on tap). Crane Alley is the more grownup alternative - you can sit outside, and they have a fantastic beer selection.
