Excellent nose, full-on wheat with banana and dash of coriander and cloves, with a bit of citrus zest. Flavor is mellower, with a bit of sweetness due to easters. Looks like a hefeweizen, nice and cloudy, yeast evident in every respect. Nice, clean finish, crisp and relaxing. Fantastic on tap, though the bottled version is inconsistent. One of the best American hefeweizens available.
