Yum, organic chocolate stout. A great beer to pick up if you are looking for a heady, sweet chocolate stout. It is in the running with the Gingerbread Ale. It has to be one of the best beers that Bison has to offer. Props to making Organic Beer !

A decent enough stout which I've purchased on more than one occasion. A good smooth flavor, perhaps a bit light on the chocolate malt for my tastes. I did manage to get a 22 oz. bottle that was way over carbonated once, but that happens to the best of them.

This beer is infinitely sip-able. Drank the whole pint six while on the phone for a late night phone call. Smooth, tasty, smells nice, completely acceptable. First-time drinker, would get it again.
