This beer is derived from the oldest beer recipe on record, found in ancient Mesopotania (I'd judge 3000 BCE). The beer is flavored with honey and Muscat grapes. It has a rich sweetness with a hint of tartness. A slice of lemon would probably enhance it, but it's quite tasty as is.
