Lone Star is the best cheap beer this side of the Mississippi. It's a good drink cold but don't let it warm up. Better in a long neck and even better at a texas music show.

This is a picnic/lake beer. Lone Star longnecks are a staple of honkeytonks. Better as an icon than as a beer, but if you're watching a band or dancing it'll do (pig).

Lone Star is a fairly standard American Macrobrew Lager beer. Has a skunky aftertaste if you drink it straight from the bottle, but it's nothing a little bit of oxidation can't cure. Much better poured. Besides, it's the best 6-pack $3.99 can buy!
