This is a great drink for any occasion, sweet and tart. I sometimes serve this alongside wine at holidays, almost everyone enjoys it.

It's on tap at the Bier Markt in Cleveland, OH.

For those that don’t know, Lambics are defined as spontaneously fermented beers (that originate in the Senne river valley in Belgium). A fruit lambic uses a secondary fermentation by adding fruit to the original lambic.

Lindemans fruit lambics are not considered traditional fruit lambics and are made for mass marketing/distribution. They are much sweeter and do not hold any of the original beer flavor, but are good on their own and great for people that don’t like bitter beer or beer in general.

Framboise is the most popular and easiest to get a hold of. It has a full raspberry flavor and will change as it sits in your cupboard getting richer and fuller. It should be drunk out of a thin flute to get the best flavor.

A lot of people don’t like Lindeman’s Lambics (I personally do). Just remember that the alcohol content is lower (an oddity as most Belgian beers hold a larger alcohol content) which for some may be a good or bad thing.

Lovely; if it were drier it would be seriously good.

I don't consider this a beer. It actually tastes like a wine cooler -- VERY sweet, with no beer taste (just raspberries). My wife loves sweets, but still can only drink half of an 8-oz. bottle of Frambois. I hear Guinness with some of this makes a great tasting mix... I'll have to try it sometime!
