A seasonal, and a good one of its type. Heavy on coffee and chocolate. Not what I'd call outstanding.

Bufford, come up north to portland, its on tap at the horsebrass last time i was there. very full bodied but easly drinkable.

It's one of those brews I look forward to. Full bodied and very flavorful. Not quite as dark as I remembered it from my first experience with it but it still sucks a bit of light out of the room when you pour it.
