This was my first attempt at a non-filtered beer with yeast added just before the cork went on. All the yeast floating in the bottom of the bottel almost, caused me to pass on what would turn out to be my favorite beer. It still lingers in my mind (and on my tongue). Don't let the price or appearance scare you! I am still searching for my next bottle, which by the way I may drink in secret.
