I hear ya supersam032 - no stars for me either. I just wanted to point out that I drank this in my youth because I didn't know any better and, to make it drinkable back then, I had to add tabasco! No lie! That's how I started my hot pepper kick but that's another story...Hey, object01 -- you can't get the full flavor of beer if it's ice cold - I laugh at the bud/coors/miller commercials that promote drinking it as cold as you can. They are trying to cover up the fact that their beer sucks. Try drinking a warm bud and a warm brewery beer if you don't believe me. Any guesses as to which beer is spit out? Don't come back and try to convince me that bud/coors/miller are good because they sell the most beer - just as it's been pointed out here, marketing campaigns work for the oblivious.

Aussies do not drink Fosters. It is laughable there. This beer is a marketing campaign. Possible one of the worst beers ever. No star.

Fosters is a joke at Non-Australian's expense.
Which is very Australian.

This beer has one of the best marketing campaigns in the world. Frankly though it is a bland, sickly beer hardly worthy of the title of beer. 1 star for it's "Australianess" (though it's made in Canada for the US market, and England for the English)
A beer for those who have really bad water as the only substitute, really, really bad.

Foster's is a drinkable beer. I used to think it was really good, until I *really* got into tasting other beers. If you don't have a taste for say, Chimay, but still want something different than Budweiser, this is it. Not horrible, but not great.

I love the smoothness and lightness, but Foster's is only at its best if it's 1) draft and 2) ice cold.
