Back in the day (late 1980's) this was *the* beer. Strong, tasty, dark - brewed in the building at most of the Bruces Brewery pubs. It survived the chanfe to the Firkin Brewery, but not the subsequent lagerisation of the chain.
1052 OG if I remember correctly. A champion brew.
