Look, if I felt like spending a lot of time with this beer, I would spin you some tale about the balance between malt and hops and yeast and caramel and whatever. But I really don't feel like spending that much time with this beer. It's just not as tasty as I expect an organic Belgian-style ale from the foodielands of Northern California to be. Every time I drink it, I think of the beers that were right next to it on the shelf at Whole Foods, with much better deliciousness/price ratios, and a single tear rolls down my cheek.
The next time my hippie-ass conscience gets the better of me, I'll buy a six-pack of Wolaver's.
