Capital Brewing is one of my favorite breweries in the country. Home sweet home in the Midwest of Middleton, WI. This seasonal is always a treat in the fall, a perfectly balanced beer with a unique flavor of the changing seasons trapped underneath the bottle cap. Next to the Blonde Dopplebock, I would have to say Capital has another WIN !! in their catalog of fantastic brews...

Available in September and October, this beer is a rich doppelbock that is surprisingly pleasant to drink.
