Very grainy, rice is evident, sweet base of malt, with a decent amount of hops not reflected in the nose. Dry and clean, though not excellent or interesting, has no off-flavors and is light and refreshing. Good with sushi since it does not interfere with the flavor, spicey foods, or a hot day.
