For the adventurers out there... Flavored beers can be fun in a social environment so bring some to your next winter party because the beer drinkers will think it's as fascinating as I do. I love this flavored beer and would have given it 5 stars were it not for the fact that it's not traditional which I kinda feel like it's cheating. Don't get me wrong because I always pick up a sixer of pumpkin ale at Halloween...just drink it for fun because it really is awesome. Comes in single 22oz 'get lit' bottles.

Tasted 1 pt 6 oz bottled just-chilled. The label said 2005. The flavor is a little burnt, but only slightly, while the richness and solid, lingering flavor almost make up for it. The head on first pour was substantial and smelled quite nice. Tasted from a small-mouthed glass to waft a bit more of the scent. Overall not bad, but the lingering aftertaste is just so-so. Almost 4 stars.
