Slightly better than bottom of acceptable beers. Same taste all over the world.

I actually like this beer if I don't want to "think" too much, know what I mean?

To be honest I bought the can to use it for an ultralite backpacking cook pot. Which it's great for btw. If you like yellow beer I'm sure it's great! I however prefer a bit more taste and body.

Heineken is my fall back beer when Stella Artois isn't available. It's got a smooth taste and texture and is a great compliment to a meal because the mild flavor it has won't compete with your food.

Quintessential eurolager.
Close to tasteless, but not entirely without merit.
Available all over the world, and the distance from the brewery does not affect the taste.

Heineken saved me from having to choke down Singha when in Thailand several years ago. Not much to it, but it will always have a special place in my heart. :-)

Better than most American Macrobrews, but that's not saying much...

The most uninteresting european lager that I know of.
No special notes, what I call horse piss in American brews.

I've never been a fan of Heineken. In fact, it's probably one of my least favorite beers.

It's great because you can get it everywhere and the flavor is very distinct.

There's almost no taste here - maybe a litte sharpness on the first sip, but that fades. If you're a fan of more "real beer", avoid this one like the plague. If you're just looking for something light to sip on at a party (and want to look cooler than just drinking Bud or Miller), pick one up and see what you think.

A light-bodied ale. Best ice cold on a hot summer day.
